AE2S Construction, an affiliate of AE2S, is seeking a talented Controller who thrives in a fast-paced environment where personal and professional growth is encouraged. In addition to working closely with District Managers and Accountants to coordinate each Districts transactional processing activities, this position is also responsible for general ledger maintenance and reconciliation, preparation of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, audits, tax preparation, merger and acquisition activity, divestiture activity, cash management, and debt management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, Master’s degree preferred; 5-7 years of experience as a Controller -or- progressively responsible experience in accounting operations to include financial reporting, forecasting/budgeting, establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, and internal controls; strong management and communication skills with proven success coordinating accounting activities across multiple districts and divisions; Excellent communication skills; and knowledgeable of current financial and accounting applications.
